About Me
I was born in 1981 in Tetouan, a beautiful city in northern Morocco. In 1987, my family and I moved to Mohammedia, where I began my primary school education.
By 1997, my love for learning languages led me to study English at the American Language Center in Mohammedia. Over three years of intensive study, I achieved the Advanced 4 grade while simultaneously studying English in high school. My passion for the language has remained strong ever since.
In 1999, I graduated high school with honors in Experimental Sciences, focusing on Mathematics, Physics, and Biology. That same year, my family moved to Marrakech after my parents retired. There, I began higher education in Economics at Cadi Ayyad University.
Two years later, in 2001, I earned my General University Studies Diploma (DEUG) in Economics, gaining advanced knowledge in Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, and Political Economy.
In 2003, I decided to specialize in Computing Applied to Management, joining a program directly at the third year due to my previous qualifications.
By 2005, I had completed my Bachelor’s degree in Computing Applied to Management, which set the stage for my first professional role as a web developer in Marrakech. That same year, I started working at IWM-Maroc.
In 2006, I expanded my knowledge by earning a Master’s degree in Information Systems Engineering and Management from the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole, studying at their international campus in Marrakech.
In 2007, I took a big step and moved to Casablanca to live independently while working as an IT developer at E-Press Company. I gained valuable experience before returning to Marrakech in 2009, where I worked in various roles.
However, in 2015, life took a difficult turn when I faced a severe psychological illness. This challenge kept me from working for five years and required intensive treatment and support.
By 2020, I began recovering and set my sights on rebuilding my professional life.
In 2021, I launched my first self-employed business, Molato IT Services, with hopes of securing bank financing for my startup. Unfortunately, despite having a solid business plan, my applications were rejected three times, forcing me to close the business in 2022.
Though discouraged, I refused to give up. After exploring remote online jobs and redefining my goals, I founded Molato Digital in 2024, specializing in web development, graphic design, and digital marketing.
Starting from home, I worked tirelessly day and night to bring my vision to life. Looking back, I’m proud of the progress I’ve made and remain optimistic about the future.
Today, as a founder, manager, and developer, I am focused on continuing this journey, building my dreams, and achieving success in the fields I’m most passionate about.
